Supreme Builders & Developers was founded by Eli Karp in 2002. He has big ideas and has turned them into even bigger developments, like Hello Living.

WERNER MORATH AIA
Studied architecture in Europe at l'Ecole d'Architecture de Paris in France and at the Technical University in Vienna, Austria, graduating in1997.He has received two grants for excellence in design, the Tische Grant in 1997, awarded by the Austrian Ministry of Culture, and the Erasmus Scholarship for urban studies.
Werner moved to New York in 1997 to work for the Vito Acconci Studio. He later worked as an architectural designer for HIRA Architects before starting his own practice in 2002. He is a licensed/registered architect in New York State.
SAM BARGETZ
Studied architecture in Vienna, Austria at the Technical University and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.
After working for a number of offices in Vienna and Berlin he came to New York in 1997 on a Tische Scholarship to work for Michael Sorkin.This was followed by a three year position as architectural designer at Tsao McKown Architects.
He is a founding member of Loadingdock5 Architecture.

GGrippo is an Argentine-born New York-based creative activist. Educated in the fine arts and architecture in Argentina and trained in the design industry in the US, he works in fashion, interior design and installation art.
GGrippo lives and works in Brooklyn, where he runs NYDESIGNROOM, a retail space and design office. Here he creates, exhibits, and sells designs for people and their rooms. His unique business model brings custom design to clients and customers from all areas of creative endeavor. NYDESIGNROOM is periodically a gallery space dedicated to fostering emerging design/art talent.
Since 1998, GGrippo has conceived and produced the multidisciplinary events FASHIONLAB and Firstop: Williamsburg Design Weekend. He has been featured in respected publications including the New York Times, Surface, ID Magazine, Nylon, Paper, Vogue, Elle Decor and Frame.
His work was been exhibited in galleries and museums in the US, Europe and South America, including Eyebeam Atelier, White Columns, Roebling Hall, BAC (Brooklyn Arts Council), Burodijkstra Art Gallery, MALBA (Museum of Latinamerican Art of Buenos Aires), Dabbah-Torrejon Arte Contemporaneo, CayC (Centro de Arte y Comunicacion) and Museumsquartier in Vienna.
GGrippo is involved in several interior design projects in Brooklyn, the 2008-2009 exhibition season at NYDESIGNROOM and working on a book about Williamsburg Style in collaboration with Surface magazine’s design editor Shonquis Moreno.
